You can easily cut them up with an exacto knife to make them fit the room!

This is just from my experience with at-home booths. The sound blankets have been more than enough.

Get yourself good sound blankets (With grommet holes. I recommend VocalBoothToGo), the get shower curtain rings or something similar to hang the blankets on your frame.
Is the ceiling concrete too?

For your floor, I recommend those foam mats that you put together like a puzzle then possibly a rug over top of that. For the walls, the best thing to do is take measurements of the room, get PVC pipes, and cut them so you can make a frame that fits the room -
