¿De casualidad tendrás aún el juego ya parcheado con la traducción? Me he interesado en jugarlo desde hace años, pero no he encontrado traducciones oficiales, y el parche en inglés no puedo instalarlo en absoluto

That's valid! The thing about being genderfluid is not presenting equally as other genders constantly, but KNOWING you can eventually present as another gender.
It's not about consistency, it's about knowing you can change eventually, no matter how much time it may take sometimes!
