New fanbaby lol can you guess the parents?

Full name: Vincent Voltage Valente. Vox gave him his first and second names. Val gave him his third name so he could contribute.
The fan child was nicknamed Vin (sometimes Vinny), but when he grows up he will instead choose to be called Volt.

And so he named his son after himself anyway. Drawn in August of this year.
