I’m mostly secure (lots of therapy) but I can lean fearful avoidant if I don’t pay attention to my behavior and regulate myself. If my partner is anxious I get avoidant if they’re avoidant I get anxious. It absolutely sucks.

I was suspicious when Helly knew what masturbation was because….I wasn’t sure she’d know from Lumon? Maybe just general knowledge but it was weird. Then when she said the thing about Burt to Irv I actually thought “that was cruel-Helly isn’t cruel” really good episode I’ll prob rewatch today.

Same! Went through a horrible breakup about 6 months ago was starting to really feel better and then all…this happened. It’s expensive af and I’d like to just worry about myself in therapy, but no.

I get PISSED every time I have to buy eggs. I paid $12 for 18 last week in SoCal. I’m lucky. I can afford it but I don’t know how most people do. I think there are going to be violence when most people can’t afford to eat anymore. I don’t know how or where but it will happen. It’s all insane.
