I can probably come up with a list. Unfortunately, PHI pretty much took up the oxygen around Greek epigraphy, and then didn’t really play super well with others.

I think what that means is he ignored the large “Flight Connections” signs and went all the way out (iirc you can’t get to the trains otherwise). Normally you’d get a bus to T5. I’d be leery of only having 1.5 hours to connect at LHR. That’s barely enough time if switching terminals.

Sigh. Even when things went wrong, they were better. I remember being stranded in Minneapolis when LGA got closed because of weather. They gave us all hotel vouchers and ARRANGED FOR BUSES TO TAKE US TO THE HOTELS.

I’ve sent them a “you have fucked up massively and you need to try to fix it” message (both more polite and more cutting than that because I’m English) but not sure it’s fixable at this point.

She was in touch with her counselor weeks before the deadline. And the poor kid’s just been betrayed by the adults who are supposed to help her it looks like.

FedEx have not been doing well in my recent experience. And yeah, the investigation part is ineffectual.
