“I think Farm2People is a vital link between farmers and urban communities. Our food system is fragile, and an organization that can provide resources for the varying needs of small farmers while also providing nutritious food to underserved communities is critical.” -Korina Matyas
Korina Matyas (she/her) sits on F2P’s Board of Advisors. As a professional farmers market liaison, Korina is passionate about tangibly supporting farmers, which attracted her to Farm2People. She is obsessed with produce in peak season – right now, that’s radicchio and their stunning winter colors!

Farm2People works with small- and mid-sized farms in CA up to 400 miles from downtown LA. Though our food access reach remains local, our support of farmers is regional. We are currently engaging with the concept of the Los Angeles foodshed as a means of increasing our emphasis on local food. 🧵(1/3)
