Gojo Vs. Makima (S10E12): This is an episode that doesn't do much for me. There's some solid animation, neat visuals, and some of the effects in the analyses and breakdown are cool, but the esoteric powers these two possess don't play off each other very well. 6/10

Frieza Vs. Megatron (S10E11): A great battle with awesome animation, great voice acting, and another one of my favorite battle tracks. My only real complaints with this episode are the relative sizes of the combatants being inconsistent... (1/2)

Cole MacGrath Vs. Alex Mercer (S10E10): I don't care for how the analyses were treated as an "older script;" nothing is really done with the idea aside from throwing in some dated lingo and poking fun at quippy writing cliches of the time, which itself has become a tired complaint. (1/3)

Bill Cipher Vs. Discord (S10E9): My only complaint with this episode is that most of the sprite-based fighting isn't very interesting; otherwise, this is a banger of an episode, with great voice acting, awesome animation, one of my favorite music tracks in the series, and a very unique ending. (1/2)

Martian Manhunter Vs. Silver Surfer (S10E8): There's some good stuff in this episode; both analyses are solid and get across the emotional beats of their stories, Silver Surfer's analysis has some good humor, the voice acting is very good, and the monologue at the end is genuinely beautiful. (1/2)

Guts Vs. Dimitri (S10E7): A really cool battle with some moments that go hard as hell, a great battle score, and pretty good voice acting. While the ending is pretty cool and even respectful to an extent, it also comes off to me as anticlimactic. 9/10
November 16, 2025 at 3:18 AM
Phoenix Vs. Raven (S10E6): I actually really like this battle, with great effects for both birdsonas, good voice acting, solid usage of their powers, and a great music track combining the styles of their cartoons' theme songs. (1/2)

Darth Vader Vs. Obito (S10E5): Solid fight with great voice acting and usage of abilities. I have mixed feelings about the ending; on the one hand, Vader spends his last moments seeing what he most wants, but on the other, it seems cheap for Obito to win like that. 7/10

Stitch Vs. Rocket Raccoon (S10E4): This is an episode that I'm very mixed on. There's some decent humor and a very good music track, but mixed animation quality and not enough of their abilities and arsenal are made use of. 5/10
November 14, 2025 at 4:34 AM
Killua Vs. Misaka (S10E3): A really cool fight with some great electric effects and an epic climax. I also love seeing Wiz geek out about the scientific aspects of both characters' powers in their analyses. 8/10
November 14, 2025 at 4:14 AM
Skyrim Vs. Dark Souls (S10E2): A pretty solid fight that makes great use of their arsenals and abilities, with a pretty cool music track. There's quite a bit of stiff and poor animation, but this is a very epic episode overall. 8/10
November 14, 2025 at 3:51 AM
Ant-Man Vs. Atom (S10E1): There's some decent humor in this episode, the music is pretty good, and the kill is one of the most gruesome in the series. Aside from that, nothing really stands out as particularly great or bad. 6/10

Have another one, much more applicable in general, for absolutely no reason. Definitely not related to Dante Vs. Clive at all. #DeathBattle

Made a few memes relating to the newest #DeathBattle

...I may be the only person that feels this way about Excalibur Vs. Raiden, but whatever...

Alan Wake II: A solid horror/mystery game that builds upon what was introduced in the first game and Control. Some of the enemies and traversal can be a bit annoying, but still a definite improvement on the first game. 8/10

Gogeta Vs. Vegito (S9E16): A mixed bag of an episode; the fight has some really cool stuff going on, between different abilities and shattering reality to end up at different areas, and the battle score is another one of my favorites in the whole series. (1/3)
November 8, 2025 at 3:05 AM
Deku Vs. Asta (S9E15): A pretty cool fight with great voice acting, music, and showcase of their abilities. From what I've heard, Asta is mischaracterized as less intelligent here than he is in canon, which definitely sucks, but I really enjoyed this fight nonetheless. 7/10
November 8, 2025 at 2:41 AM
Sauron Vs. Lich King (S9E14): The fight is really cool, getting across the sheer power of both combatants and the varied abilities they have. There are some stiff animations, especially in Sauron's mace swings, but this is still a very epic battle. 8/10
November 8, 2025 at 2:16 AM
Jason Voorhees Vs. Michael Myers (S9E13): The analyses do a lot of heavy lifting with this episode; having the Death Battle crew telling scary stories for Halloween and slowly getting picked off is great, even if we don't get to see any of what happens to them. (1/3)

Spongebob Vs. Aquaman (S9E12): It's kinda funny to see just how insanely outclassed Aquaman is here, and how true the jokes about this iteration of him being useless are essentially true (at least, compared to his comics counterpart). (1/3)
November 6, 2025 at 5:15 AM
Trunks Vs. Silver (S9E11): An incredibly sick battle with great visuals, creative use of powers, solid voice acting, and one of my favorite battle tracks. 9/10
November 6, 2025 at 4:38 AM
Black Adam Vs. Apocalypse (S9E10): The fight has some good things going for it, like a great music track and pretty good usage of both characters' abilities. However, some of the animation looks wonky, the filters on Apocalypse's voice make him hard to understand... (1/2)
November 6, 2025 at 4:15 AM
James Bond Vs. John Wick (S9E9): This is a case of great analyses being dragged down by a poor battle. The animation is very stiff and janky, the voice acting and music are just okay, and the way Wick fights here is inconsistent with how quick, efficient, and no-nonsense he is in canon. 4/10
