It would be wise to understand ffscout is subsidiary of a larger entertainment company therefore the workers there are just employees and therefore need to create content to keep there jobs.
Create content + viewship = paid

I want them to keep it but I would recommend a change of the amount of weeks it covers.
I would also recommend the chip be able to affect points if the manager is absent, yellow or red carded.
