Life’s been pretty okay this last few days. Tummy behaving. Walks in the beach (bit windy) and walks in the woods (managed to miss the rain). And being fed 6 times a day (in 24h). What’s not to like??

Happy to report that my tummy is currently behaving, I’m enjoying my walks & BH is being generous with the treats. It’s not so bad being an old dog, even if it’s getting harder to jump up onto the sofa!

The snow is melting (but still enough to scamper in), the skies were blue, we had a friend come to stay. All in all, a good day 😊

I hope everyfur had a good Christmas. Me, not so much, as my tummy was poorly again. But it’s better now, I’m pleased to say.
2024 was a year of finding my paws in a new place. I’ve decided I like the beach & the woods here. We even have local🐬!

I’ve had a rough couple of tummy days since my birthday so only catching up now. Things have improved thankfully…

Good day today though I had to go for acupuncture. Lots of needles which is not great but 2 positives…
1. I get a treat for each needle going in :-)
2. I was skipping about the woods at Reelig Glen like a puppy when we went for a walk afterwards so obv it works!

We looked from Perth to Pitlochry to Beauly to Strathpeffer, but eventually went east to the Black Isle. It’s lovely, and there’s a beach!

And… a proper walk in the snow! I kept breaking into a run - not like me normally these days - made me feel like a pupster again!

Thanks to all for good wishes. I started to feel better by lunchtime after some very nasty 💩. Much better afternoon with a nice walk by the beach with some amazing crashing waves and a snoozy evening.

I've been doing so well with my tummy for months (6!) with no retching or colitis, but last week it all started again.
I thought I was over it but it's a very unhappy tummy today. Think I'm just going to zzz for a while...

BH has decided that it's the perfect time to plant more bulbs in the garden. She's already planted 1038, only 50 to go!
The next 25 are going in here.
And no, I'm not allowed to dig them up though some of the local cats get away with digging in the there :-(
