On Rachel Maddow show now, she’s talking about Phelon’s extensive porno “art” collection. Apparently the floor throughout his home is a mirror. He’s laughingly given interviews about people’s reactions to his mirrored floor. 😬 I recall when the GOP was shocked Mrs. Obama wore a sleeveless dress. 😳👗

When the mayor & the police chief of Los Angeles don’t do their jobs, I guess the best possible action is to blame the governor & demand he control every individual city in Calif, right? I was born & raised in Los Angeles & I’ve lived here for 66 years. Los Angeles isn’t the only city in Calif.

As much as he can. He can’t change the US constitution, which declares the feds have more power than the states. (Supremacy Clause.) Newsom has sued Trump nearly 200 times, & wins approximately 2/3 of the time.

The mayor & the police chief have to deal with the LAPD. Newsom deals with the entire state. He’s not the mayor of every city.

In June, Trump took control of Calif’s National Guard. Newsom sued Trump over it. It took 6 months of appeals for the gov to get control back. Trump will use a different excuse next time, which will have to be litigated again. Ultimately, Trump controls the military, including the guard.

Yep. I remember France’s Surya Bonaly doing the back flip on the ice decades ago, and she was criticized for it & points were deducted. She even did the backflip & landed cleanly on one leg. Nothing but derision from Olympic officials. But now that a white man does it, it’s suddenly great. 🤷🏻♀️
