Am I doing the math right? Tesla has lost $170B in market cap YTD. Doesn't the Tesla Board have a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders? Shouldn't they remove Musk as CEO?

Folks are complaining that Democrats are sitting on the sidelines as Trump-Musk systematically dismantle America's most revered institutions. You realize that Democrats don't have the votes and Republicans don't care. They're too scared of being primaried.
