So if immigrants are striving, working hard to advance in the workplace or starting thriving businesses, they must go because they are stealing American jobs. If they are perceived to not be striving, they must go because they are lazy garbage. Got it.

I wish when people mentioned the ages of the girls they would also mention how old Epstein was at the time. People who dismiss 15 as not that young would have a different reaction if “she was 15, he was 50+” was more prominent in these stories.

Given she has constituents who likely attended a rally, shouldn’t she go and talk to them to find out what they actually stand for rather than just making things up? I didn’t see any protestors with the positions she claims they have, other than defunding ICE.

I find T’s obsession with 1/6 weird in that a) a small fraction of people who caused damage or otherwise broke the law were actually arrested, b) he pardon those were arrested and convicted, c) it reminds everyone how he acted that day. Is he trying to overturn his 2nd impeachment?

The journalists need to press the administration on why they implemented these tariffs the way they did after his tariffs destroyed farmers and required massive bailouts in Trump 1. Did they learn nothing? They should have to answer for doing the same damage the same way twice.

No one corrects him on tariffs either. Taxes paid by US companies and consumers. When he brags about how much they’ve collected in tariffs, my first thought is always “that sounds like a huge tax increase”.

The Epstein conviction in Florida actually did that. Rather than getting charged with trafficking minors or rape, he was charge with soliciting prostitutes. As though the teenagers were willing participants.

I think this was more a ploy to downplay his own relationship with Epstein or interest in the case than a mental slip. “I’m so unconcerned about this that I don’t even remember when it happened.” Plus to put the timing of the mysterious death under Biden’s watch not his own.

Not only is this terrible for the people they are detained ing but what is it doing to the people who work there? This administration is creating whole new pools of people who are monsters (who may not have been monsters before but just needed a job).

I was thinking this exact same thing today. People who went for Trump because he scratches their itch for anger and, weirdly, victimhood believe that it is ok to elect a felon because someone rational always stops the car before it goes completely goes over the cliff.
