I'm sorry for all the folks affected by layoffs recently. It's not much easier in the indie space and most of us are just getting by. If you are thinking about starting up a studio or going indie, I'm happy to share what I've learned running a small studio for the last 8 years with a remote team.

Last month, I spent a week playtesting @jdragsky.bsky.social's the Seven Part Pact in a fancy house in Bath. I write about the most maximalist RPG I've ever played.

Transferred all the information from Tumblr to a Google Doc, so anyone who doesn't have a Tumblr account can now read through the whole thing!
