"The Shining" is as creepy and scary as the first time I saw it, when my parents told me I couldn't watch it, but I sneaked into the den after they fell asleep to watch it... and ended up sleeping with the lights on for a week. It's held up incredibly well.

I don't trust them. Two of them live in my house. They're always repurposing my idioms, and questioning the order in which I store our silverware. One of them stole my bath & body works bubble bath and used it as foot soak. Zoomers bear watching.

For America, DEI efforts were not just good ideas to be more inclusive and reflective of all its citizens. America needed DEI as a counterweight to neutralize some of the mental laziness, mediocrity and abject incompetence that occupy too many positions of power and authority.

Wells Fargo is trending, and I didn't even have to look. Whatever they've done has something to do with screwing over Black and/or Brown people. They have quite a history of doing that. Don't take my word for it - just pull the receipts. They're easy to locate.
