Anyone else feel that Disney is trying to actively destroy Star Wars at this point? Who in the right mind would continue on with the Rey/Skywalker Saga? I can't think of a single rational at this point. I've never had such little excitement for a Star Wars movie or show.

Stop recycling the same storylines, like where's your creativity? There are so many existing stories that could be told and plenty of new ones.
Also take chances. Star Wars has such a wide fan base, across all ages as well. Make some Dark or mature projects. Do something for kids.

7 years later and I'm finally watching Cloak & Dagger. I'm a bit shocked at its semi-low ratings. Maybe it was too "woke" for some people in 2018? Who knows. I think it's great.

I'm sure this is a broken record but I'm always disappointed with Disney's lack of creativity when it comes to Star Wars. Just let the Skywalker story end like you said it was going to.

Common Knowledge isn't so common for the willingly uneducated fans that still exist.
Or some people just can’t handle that their outdated, bigoted views are now seen for what they are—villainous, immoral, unwelcome - easily boxing them into the antagonist role
