We must care about keeping kids healthy, preventing illness, physical & mental, to spot signs of problems early + mitigate them. To do this we need a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary strategy from birth to adulthood.

This Women's History Month we honour Supreme Court Justice Hon. Rosalie Abella. Her work on discrimination informed Canada’s first decision on equality rights under the Charter in 1989. In 2004 she became the first refugee & Jewish woman appointed to the Supreme Court.

Attended a very special reception held by the LGBT Purge Fund to view the Love in a Dangerous Time: Canada’s LGBT Purge exhibition, a Canadian Museum of Human Rights travelling pop-up presented this summer at the National Arts Centre. We must protect the Charter, and we must not go back.
