Result? He lost his best employee and now I WFH 100% of the time, head office is in Poole and I'll never go there.

100% agree. After lockdown where it was proven that I can do my job from home it forced my old companies hand until eventually they ordered me back in to the office for no reason other than a director who was there an hour a week wanted me there.
