I am a survivor of a thrombotic storm in 2013 with sudden development of 50-100 pulmonary emboli. I am on lifetime uninterrupted anticoagulation. It profoundly changed my life. I am currently challenged by congestive heart failure from residual heart and lung damage but am living my best life.
