There’s one phrase I don’t allow in my #CX teams: “Sorry for the inconvenience.” It’s filler. Lazy. It says, “I can’t be bothered to acknowledge and name how this problem impacted you, but I’m supposed to make you feel better.”

But I now see I was wrong. There’s a situation in which the phrase is 🤌
