Leaving Erasmus was one of the many brain-dead decisions of Brexit. A whole generation of students was denied the opportunity to do study exchanges across Europe.

At least this is being fixed now. But once again fuck Brexit and everyone responsible for it.

♥️ #NHS
Can I just say that staff at the University Hospital of Wales are brilliant, and I am so grateful for the NHS! In recent months having been to A&E and been an in-patient, I have been struck by how ALL staff, without fail, have been professional, caring, thorough and empathetic.

⚠️ Pontypridd has been hit by devastating floods and our wonderful independent bookshop, Storyville Books, has seen much of its stock destroyed.

If you’re able to buy a book from them, this would go such a long way to help support them rebuild in the aftermath.

New research from the IFS showing the closure of youth centres during the 2010s was shortsighted. For every £1 saved, the costs to affected users, crime victims and public spending in the police and the criminal justice system amount to £2.85
