GOP is better at getting young ppl to come out & vote for issues & policies over ppl. Some ppl have a charisma that sparks fans (both parties have had them) & ppl run out to vote, but getting ppl to run out to vote on issues & policies over ppl, is something Dems have to figure out how to do better.

I think that voter apathy is an issue in EVERY election, and across all parties. I think Republicans have been doing a better job organizing and getting their registered members out to vote in all elections in the last decade, maybe two (making everything a 'dire Christian issue' helps).

I'd love to see a poll or the percentage of these supposed young Dems who didn't vote over their anger about Gaza. I know a few (18-30's). I don't know if they voted. They are anti-Trump but think "the parties are the same". They're mostly not Dem ("the establishment"), but registered Inde or Lib.

Many minor party affiliates & some Republicans DID vote for her—just saying that no voting Democrat who's ACTUALLY a true blue Democrat💙 (not an ideological Independent or Libertarian, Republican, etc.) abstained from voting in this election. But MANY "I'm not a Trump supporter" Republicans DID.

Sorry! But as a voting Dem since 1997, I 💯% believe that it is NOT Democrats (at least those who pay ANY attn to politics AT ALL & vote) who didn't vote for Harris, but minor party affiliates, & Republicans who are not Trump supporters –but who don't want ANY Dem in office, who didn't vote for her.
