An evening walk in the west end of Newcastle the other day

From earlier this month on the same Sea Holly, a Soldier Beetle for #MacroMonday

I was asked about the highlight of my day. It was seeing a Comma butterfly on Sea Holly. It is great knowing that a border I designed, planted, and maintain attracts and provides food for pollinators. But also the blue and orange combination made me happy 😊🦋💠
