Really positive meeting with Minister for Housing Matthew Pennycook today where we outlined the concerns of NLC members.
He is determined to deliver on their manifesto commitments

We are quietly confident that secondary legislation will be brought in pretty swiftly to "trigger" key sections in the L&F R act 2024.
Although this does not outright ban leasehold it should make it less attractive and protect Leaseholders more. 🤞

We are quietly confident that secondary legislation will be brought in pretty swiftly to "trigger" key sections in the L&F R act 2024.
Although this does not outright ban leasehold it should make it less attractive and protect Leaseholders more. 🤞

France is building out parking lot solar, mandated by law. The estimated output will equal that of several of their nuclear power plants. Depending on size, owners have 3-5yrs to comply but projects can be completed in less time. 🧪🔌💡🔌🚗
