Well, I'm happy for you and that the problematic organ was removed. society can be bullheaded about some things. Heal quickly and hopefully the loss of the organ will have minimal impact on quality of life (per YOUR definition)

I will respect your privacy, but not going to lie. My own health issues have taught me that we can't just count on doctor's knowledge. Other people's experiences can provide a crucial clue.
I'm glad you're recovering, though. Very happy!!

That is wonderful news. I've been following you for a while so I've seen some of the bumps in the road You have to deal with. Did you share any info on what it was? I'm always looking for that rare bit of information that might help someone or myself.

I've been offsite for quite some time, scrolling to see what info you shared on this. Glad you're recovering well. Assume this was related to the issues you've had this past year? Hoping all is resolved. Take care of yourself! (and your cute l'il boy)

True story: my dad bought himself a watch to take his bp. He took it constantly. Went to doc, bp was high, doc told him to stop taking his bp.

idk how that movie appealed to people, except for the special effects.
Anyway.. yeah, women in need of rescue happens less in action movies nowadays. Nice change

Well now I don't feel too bad. Both characters are named Nate. I thought I was really messing things up. Especially thinking of the conversations I've had with one of the authors. I was freaking out that I had misnamed his character.

And preferably not the typical trope about women being demur and needing rescuing.
Do not get me started on stereotypes. All my life people have tried to fit me in them and I don't.
For the record I like WW84 and Halle Berry's Catwoman.

Are you kidding me?! I didn't want to see Titanic. Couldn't stand DiCaprio back then and I'm really not into romance. I'm an action type of woman. True I like the occasional romance but it better have a really good story. +

I can't remember if we saw that one in the theater or not but the only reason we saw is because my husband wanted to see the ship sink. Else would not have ever watched it.

There's something about the old covers... Thankfully, I started collecting before he became so mainstream. But that one - I don't have that one. I want that one. Gimme. Because you like me :-D *lol*

Then make sure it's good! I thought the Zack Snyder cut was WAY WAY WAY better than the released version. I've watched it more than once. Better character development, better story. But especially the character development!

Oh yeah, don't even have to think about it. Will not be watching. Did just read tho, nearby town officially opening a veterans memorial they've built.... Maybe for that?
