I’ve been on rent strike for a year (in Brooklyn) to fight for our rights to rent stabilized apartments (the landlord had been charging market rate hoping nobody would look into it). Yesterday I received a rent stabilized lease offer. I’m not signing it as there need to be 30 other leases 1/2
