I quite like the colour's for what it's worth.
Glow effects are tricky. Some unsolicited advice:if you're trying to do an osl type glow remember that you're simulating light, and even the darkest part of the glow should be brighter than the brightest part of the model that it is reflecting off of.
Also, that white armour looks very clean!
