What a way to go! A hunter found these two this week, already passed from being locked together. Now they’ll make for an excellent euro set.

Hunting season is in full swing here in Montana! These two pheasants were in brilliant feather, making them fantastic for mounting.
I try to eat as much of each specimen as possible. Pheasant meat is much like chicken, in this case more tender.
