The main focus of Cae Felin CSA is to promote and produce healthy food, making the link between planetary & human health, enabling people to thrive & flourish.

This week we had 3 groups of children from a local primary school.

This is our most important work.

January is National Tea Month.

Today Cae Felin CSA welcomed the Chair of SBUHB Jan Williams to plant a tree 🌳

The tree symbolises our shared commitment & goals around sustainability, the environment & community growth. 🌱

It special day as it was her also her birthday & of course we had cakes to celebrate 🎂 🎉

Birthday celebrations continuing this weekend with friends in London. This evening watched the quite brilliant #SteveCoogan in #DrStrangelove. He and the cast were magnificent ✨️

This week #CaeFelinCSA #SwanseaBayNHS welcomed Clase Primary School. 🌱

They learnt about food and had great fun planting out garlic, onions, shallots & lettuce 😋

Yesterday Cae Felin CSA welcomed Agnieszka and Jim from @wildhorizons.bsky.social

The Oakdale Trust has granted us £1000 to develop a sensory garden for patients, staff & the community, Jim & Agneiska are going to help us do this.

Looking forward to meeting you both & working with you.

#MarksandSpencer Turkish Delight has for years been my favourite chocolate bar….

Not any more, they’ve changed the recipe which has changed the taste & texture.

Sadly it’s not ‘new & improved’ its new & tasteless 😤
