I grew up with a dog but admittedly the cats have been much easier to manage, esp with chronic depression kicking my ass on the regular (my allergy is minor thank goodness)

One of the reasons I felt I couldn't fully commit to my last relationship was due to their cat allergy and I live with 3 😩
