I believe others have said the same, but a POTUS cant do that. Only USPS Board of Governors can. The BOGncluded several members appointed by Trump 1, it maintained a majority that supported DeJoy or at least wasn’t willing to remove him. Even as critics pushed for his ouster, the board did not act.

For anyone who forgot that elections have long-lasting consequences.
