Yes but you export more to Canada, meaning that your products will be be subject to retaliatory tarrifs there. Leading to less sales in the market you're economy is geared to send the highest percentage of your export market.

Canada is the US's number 1 export market. Annoying the market you send the largest portion of your exports to is generally a poor idea.
