As much as I think Blitz would actually be good with small kids, you absolutely CANNOT put him in charge of 30 elementary age kids. There would be a new incident every day and it's a roll of the dice whether a parent reported him, there's been a small uprising, or he threatened an 8 year old

Thank you!! I imagine it would also be handy after laying when he's encouraged to pump and gather milk, since it gives him nice easy access. And if his body softens up after several incubations he just lets the tie out a little more and can worry about all that when the job is done.

In this scenario, I imagine that Goetian eggs are notoriously infertile. Probably as a result of centuries of inbreeding that they're now correcting, and the fact you don't want immortal beings popping up too often. So the imps carry fairly large clutches multiple times before one produces an heir.
