As charlastor fan, the pilot / s1 felt like being promised a delicious 4-course menu in a restaurant. Then after the appetizer, the chef decided to cook something completely different cause he no longer liked what’s on the menu.

Somehow season 1 + 2 feel like they don't really connect partly. I find the sudden change of character of Alastor too inconsequent.

Coming from another fandom which isn't about a product (tv show), I seriously do not understand all the war about ships being "canon", as if it would be the ultimate goal. To proof a ship "wrong", who "wins or loses". This isn't a fucking contest, it shouldn't become a weapon to hurt others. 1/2
