It's a part of their task tracking/sprint planning tooling, but it looks and acts the same and tbh might be more useful because you can click into the timeline spot and open a page about it, so you can put information/notes/whatever in there and reference it later.

Notion has a pretty similar feature! Happy to give more info once I'm off work, but yes, these tools are for sure out there.
