Judge William G. Young, a Reagan appointee, posted this at the top of his decision. Judge Young's decision leads to the conclusion "that the Trump administration had successfully turned an obscure element of immigration law into a cudgel to intimidate opposing voices."

The Judge who slammed Trumps quashing of free speech on campuses posted this threat, to which the Judge responds that he has nothing but his sense of duty and the magnificent constitution.
