We found two Redwings (Rödvingetrast) searching for food among the frozen seaweed at Falsterbo. Never been this close to them before as in my experience they tend to be very skittish 😅

Had a wonderful evening yesterday waiting for the Short-eared owl (Jorduggla) with waxwings (Sidensvans) and a Eurasian sparrowhawk (Sparvhök). The owl did appear once the sun had set but we got to see it😁

Got incredibly lucky at Måkläppen, Falsterbo a few days ago with this Purple sandpiper (Skärsnäppa). And boy was it willing to pose for me! Was almost too close to me 🤣 new lifer for me this year! 🥳
