If this is helpful, I got it to work after I deleted and reinstalled the app, even though it was up-to-date.

thank you yes I saw the video and I had read that article previously to posting. There are no instructions or troubleshooting steps to actually add a video. When I try to post the only options I have are pictures not video. Again my email is verified and my app is up-to-date.
