Sounds to me like SCOTUS is using the shadow docket to usurp the constitution and Congress power of the purse to appease Trump then litigate on merit when a “ different” POTUS is elected.

I haven’t heard anything about the middlemen with the SNAP program. Like grocery chains who were the impetus for it to begin with due to nothing for them with commodities.
