Day 1 VALOR Ruck March supporting Stop Soldier Suicide. I started listening to Daniella Mestyanek Young’s memoir, Uncultured, her journey from being raised in a cult and her career in the U.S. Army and her candid discussion of mental health challenges faced by those who serve, especially women.
