I made my own this year and wondered why I’d never done it before.. I just cut up the pumpkin, peeled and de seeded it chopped it up and put it in a roasting tin for 30 mins on 180c.. it was done while I was busy doing nothing..

I had a young father, asylum seeker from Afghanistan, nearly in tears today… he just wanted to find a class for his wife to learn English.. he was concerned that if she couldn’t find lessons, she would become isolated.. I’ll teach her x
