I think that is the state now, where builders/inspectors are signing of on work that is substandard. If anything the rules need to be tightened. Much of the cost of a build is the land, as building costs generally have gone up with inflation.

Because it is so nebulous, with little learning material explain the basic concepts. I wish they would start with a simple collection of nodes, showing reinforced learning. AI was sort of a mistake, as it was discovered as the number of nodes increased, its adptability increased.

I don't believe putting silicone sanctions on China will slow China's development in A.I. Instead it will spur on local innovation, as we have seen. Essentially its a missed opportunity for US companies.
