Finally finished heated rivalry
End of year fitness checkin… I stayed consistent and worked out 16 times per month this year. The goal for 2026 is to get a coach and get out of this plateau I’ve been in, and maybe lose a little bit of the belly. Onwards and upwards 💪🏻

Ugh, the word “masculine” has become so bastardized in the gay community… so many gay men use it as a shield against their own insecurities and/or out of fear of being perceived as feminine, and therefore “masculine” is associated with internalized misogyny and transphobia.

How do y’all keep motivation to go to the gym? I’ve been working out consistently for a year and it still feels like a chore. It would be so much easier to work out if I actually enjoyed it.
