This is a straight up ignorant take. All this would do is make it harder and harder for marginalized communities to be able defend themselves. Each of these "madatory" ideas is more cost that gatekeeps those with less financial means from being able to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights.
What we should do on guns:
1. Call for Responsible Gun Ownership.
2. Call for mandatory Gun Insurance.
3. Call for mandatory Gun Safes.
4. Call for Owner Criminal Liability for child Gun Use.
5. Stop calling for Gun Bans or GunControl. It's as toxic and counter effective as Defund the Police.
