Of the major video game devs in the modern era, Vince sounded like one of the few left that had a direct singular impact on the direction of a game/franchise (rather than it being a conglomerate of people).

I encountered a surprisingly large amount of AI slop when cutting through the clothing section of walmart. Holiday graphic tees/sweaters, etc.. Freakish looking santas that have that disturbing uncanny look to them. In another life they would be appealing in an ironic/comedic sense.

I love how after years of sitting on this I pull the trigger the same month when physical storage begins to explode in price.

There is a charm to Kirby 64 for sure but as a game it's one of the more underwhelming Kirby games. Controls are not tight and movement is sluggish. Idk if the 2.5D hurt it.

Can't stop thinking about how they announced a new Star Wars "Racer" game and didn't show a single pod racer.
I mean you'd think they'd be in there as an option but I almost wonder if this is the same dumb prequel distancing sentiment that you saw in the 2010s. I thought we were past that?

I’m sorry to be so negative on MHW this year but the fact that their outline for BASELINE level game optimization is being presented like this over three months almost a year after release is embarrassing for a company this size.
Capcom went from releasing some of the finest ports to the worst.
