This happened in Santa Ana yesterday. It is just now making national news. ICE shot a protester with a so called "non-lethal" projectile. It took out the young man's eye, and very nearly hit his corotid artery. He underwent a 6 hr. surgery but his eye could not be saved. He was unarmed.
