The fact that Asian American people are not overly present in supporting the immigrant communities is telling...
It's a nasty pattern of boba (surface level) liberalism amongst Asian American people, not to hate on them or anything.
I don't know if people have checked up on themselves about race, but people prefer ignoring hard topics that they think do not apply to them... when they actually are.
