Neo nazis dont administer security nor enforce customs. They don't belong in those agencies. It'd be better to not have those agencies and try to salvage some of the others if you want to have the public trust institutions again.

Ok so budget passed minus ICE? Probably a good idea not to use Americans as leverage, not going to complain about that.
Two weeks? Maybe if DHS/ICE deports all neo nazis from government leadership within that time frame, maybe then they could start to make a case for reform.
