This isn't April fools. Mei has lost one too many 50/50s.
On a side note, as a farewell to the hoyo games, they'll be completing 100% on all regions in Genshin, completing all puzzles and looting all the chests in Starrail and Wuwa. To add a bit of fun they're doing this with 0 relics, lvl 1 chars.
