The presence of 26 bishops from one denomination of one religion, having the automatic right to sit, speak, and vote in our Parliament, is unfair, unjustified, and unpopular. (FYI: The only other sovereign state that puts clerics in Parliament is the Islamic Republic of Iran.)

Similar to how it works in the UK. Here in Worthing (UK south coast) we had our first labour councillor, Beccy Cooper, in 2017. The council is now majority Labour, and Beccy was elected our MP in July.
