The day was created to celebrate parents who are transgender but who feel, for whatever reason, that Mothers Day and Fathers Day isn't for them.

It was an honour to be attending on behalf of Hexham Pride as CEO. This evening Hexham Pride signed the Newcastle - Gateshead Declaration to work towards greater LGBTQIA+ unity across the globe and to commit to defending LGBTQIA+ human rights and equality.

The final day of the #SaferToBeMe conference today and it was as good if not better than yesterday. Absolutely well done to ReportOUT, Out North East & Pride Action North for putting on an incredible conference this week. It has been enlightening and a valuable experience.
